Location & Directions
Located in North-East Victoria, Falls Creek is less than 2 hours drive from Albury-Wodonga, 4.5 hours from Melbourne, or an easy day’s drive from Sydney. There are a range of transport options available, including self-driving, coach buses, public transport, private transfers, and air travel.
Cancellation policy
Terms, conditions and privacy policy:
50% deposit required at time of booking
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
$200 admin fee applicable for cancellations 60 or more days out from reservation
60-45 days prior to arrival, loss of deposit
Inside 45 days non-refundable
ii) A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking as security or at the time of check in.
iii) All damages to property will be charged to credit card of booking.
iv) Silverski is strictly non-smoking, smoking in rooms will incur a $250 cleaning excess fee.
v) No amplified audio devices are to be taken into rooms.
vi) If the rooms are left in an unacceptable mess or damage to property, a $250 excess cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
Please bring the following documents to proceed to your check-in:• Valid credit card.• Valid ID document. (Compulsory for our internationals guests.)
If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check-in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
• Printed Reservation Confirmation.
• Valid credit card used for the reservation.
For security and guest privacy reasons, we won’t be able to let your guest(s) check in without at least one of these documents.
