Located in the heart of the Falls Creek's Village Bowl (only metres from Eagle Express, Summit and Gully chairlifts), we offer a true ski in, ski out experience right from our doorstep.
Winter aside, our apartments are an ideal gateway to explore the alpine region in Summer. With walking and cycling tracks in every direction and new mountain biking trails seen from your apartment balcony.
We have a range of superior deluxe, deluxe, value and terrace apartments with a host of luxuries ranging from spa baths and designer kitchens, to comfortable, quality furnishings ideal for younger families. All come with a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a feast, quality linen and towels and oh so comfortable beds. Relax with a with a glass of wine from your private balcony and enjoy the magnificent views and colours of sunset while overlooking the Spion Kopje Mountain Range, the Summit and all the Village Bowl action. Location & Directions
Falls Creek is located in the Victorian Alps, 30km from the township of Mt Beauty in the Kiewa Valley. In Winter if you aren't confident driving in the snow, you can leave your car in Mt Beauty and take the coach trip up to also enjoy the breathtaking scenery up the mountain road.
If you are driving, Falls Creek is 4.5 hours from Melboune, 5 hours from Canberra and about 8 hours from Sydney.
By air flights come in to Melbourne and Albury where the coach service is available for your connection to Falls Creek and return.
Cancellation policy
Winter :: If cancellation of your booking occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of your payment less an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment. If cancelled 60-45 days prior to arrival 50% of the total tariff per apartment will be refunded unless the apartment is re-let in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged. No refund will be given if an apartment booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival unless the apartment is re-let in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged.
Summer :: 15% of the total tariff to be paid if cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival with the remaining tariff refunded. No refund if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date unless the apartment is rebooked. Then only 15% of the total tariff is payable. In the case of events when bookings are taken months in advance no refund will be given if cancelled 60 days in advance unless the apartment is rebooked when only 15% of the total tariff is retained.
