The Short Stay Levy Bill 2024 introduced a 7.5 % levy from 1 January 2025 on short-stay accommodation bookings. The amount will be applied at checkout and removed manually for those operators that are exempt.

Tivoli is a self-catering communal style lodge featuring 9 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms (male / female), a large, new, fully-equipped kitchen, two generous living / dining areas, a games room and a generous balcony offering amazing views. At the busier times a caretaker is in residence.

Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to lodging all payments will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to lodging all payments will be refunded less the deposit (50% of the total cost).
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of lodging no refunds will be provided.
If the booking is non-attended either in full or in part (i.e. during the period of lodging) no refunds will be provided).
In the case of lockdowns border closures or event cancellation due to Covid there will be a full refund.
