Booking Deposit:
Deposits to be paid within 24 hours of making booking.
Deposit is 50% of tariff required.
Final Balance Payment:
Due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Prices subject to change without notice.
Cancellation:
Under 30 days prior to your arrival - No refund; unless we can fully re-book the room(s). Over 30 days or more prior to your arrival – Full refund less administration Fee of 10% of total booking and non refundable cc fees.
We highly recommend travel insurance.
In the event of Covid-19 impacting & closing the ski resort and/or any border closures prior to your arrival, we will offer all our future guests a full refund of all money paid. This refund is not subject to any cut off times prior to the booking dates.”
In the event of the Bogong Landslide closing the road to all traffic, we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid.
